In pasture, on the break of a S-facing slope. A circular area (c. 25m E-W; c. 23m N-S) defined by an arc of bank (Wth 2.1m; int. H 1.3m; ext. H 1.6m) ESE-NW. According to the landowner, the bank was levelled NW-ESE in the 1980s. It is incorporated into the field boundary system S-W. A fosse is visible W-NW as a shallow depression covered in nettle growth. Field boundaries radiate out from the bank on the ESE, S, W and WNW arcs.
