In rough pasture, covered in ferns and occasional loose stones, on the plateau of a N-facing slope, overlooking the River Laune estuary and Slieve Mish Mountains to the N. A rath (KE056-007----) is c. 10m to the E. According to local information, this field contains a burial place for unbaptised babies.
