A circular univallate rath situated on a S facing slope with good open views in all directions. The earthen enclosing bank is a maximum of 2m high, and in the SE quadrant it is faced internally with drystone masonry. In the SW quadrant the bank has been removed, but the curving outline of the enclosure is preserved by the field wall which bounds this section. It is not clear where the original entrance lay, but there is a densely overgrown gap through the wall at S. The interior is also densely overgrown and, though some stone collapse is present, no definite structures were discernible.
