According to Bary (1994, 129), this house may be of 17th-century date though no supporting evidence is given for this. The building's present appearance is of a two-storey gable-ended house built of random rubble. The front elevation (SW-facing) is of three bays with a central doorway with a rectangular overlight. The windows are large rectangular opes with tripartite sash frames. The front was originally weather slated and imprints of the slates survive in plaster. A central hip-roofed stairs return, with a venetian window, at the rear is incorporated into lean-to additions. The house is abandoned. Ruined outhouses adjoin each of its gable ends.
