A roughly circular univallate rath situated on the lower NW slopes of Brickany mountain overlooking the Anascaul valley. The condition of the earthen enclosing bank varies considerably. On the uphill side, it is .9 to 1.9m high internally and c. 1m high externally. On the downhill side, the interior is raised above the external ground level so that, though the bank is .5m high or less above the interior, it is c. 1.5m high externally. A small SE-NW flowing stream skirts the lower edge of the scarp in the NE sector.
