Ringfort KE045-024---- was destroyed in about 1982 and the site is now marked only by a scatter of small stones which cover a roughly circular area 30m in diameter.
A drystone-built souterrain (KE045-024001-) was revealed when the site was levelled but it was subsequently covered over again. It consisted of at least 1 passage and chamber, and a porthole slab marked an entrance at some point within the structure. A small perforated stone, possibly a net-sinker or loom-weight, was found amongst the loose stones on the surface.
