A circular univallate rath situated in the broad, level, low-lying valley that surrounds Trabeg. The earthen enclosing bank is a maximum of 1.8m high. Field fences radiate out from the site at NE and NW and in the N sector between these the bank is revetted on both faces with rough drystone masonry. The inner stone-facing continues as far as the E sector but then disappears. A slight depression outside the bank along the E sector may indicate the presence of a fosse. There is a .5m wide gap at SSE and a mound directly E of this in the interior may be the debris from its formation. The interior also contains other banks or ridges and hollows of unknown origin.
