'Located on a limestone reef in an area of grassland, which affords extensive panoramic views on all sides, the aspect to south and west being especially spectacular. This reef is now very overgrown with small bushes and scrub. At least three circular enclosures of earth and stone can be discerned as well as at least two mounds of stone, one large and one considerably smaller. A short linear bank of earth and stone also occurs on the reef......a very large mound is situated on the northwest side of this group. Sub-rectangular in shape, it measures 7.00m E-W by 12.0m N-S and is 1.00m in height. There appears to be a central depression, now much overgrown and obscured by a thorn bush and thick scrub.'
