'This barrow is to be found on top of a low spur of limestone outcrop in an area of marginal land at the lowest foothills of the Slieve Mish mountains. The site affords panoramic views from north through west to south. This barrow has been partially denuded and consists of a low bank and internal ditch enclosing a low central mound. The enclosing bank is 6.00m in width and has an external height of 0.50m. The ditch has an average width of 3.00m and is 0.30m below the top of the bank. The central platform is sub-circular and measures 10.0m E-W by 8.00m N-S and is 0.30m above the level of the ditch. The bank appears to be constructed of a mixture of earth and stone. Total dimensions of the site are 28.0m N-S by 25.0m E-W.'
