What is recorded here

Lisroe/An Lios Rua: Situated on a gentle slope on the E side of Gleann na nGealt, univallate rath KE036-065---- contains traces of a hut site (KE036-065001-) and souterrain (KE036-065002-). A possible hut (KE036-065001-), built against the bank at W, is reduced to a low band of collapse enclosing an area 4.1m x 4.3m in diameter. A 2.9m wide gap at E marks the location of the entrance. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 527. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload: 7 August 2013
