Univallate rath KE036-059---- is situated on a level terrace on a generally steep E facing slope overlooking Gleann na nGealt.
The interior of the enclosure is divided into 2 unequal portions by a field fence. The hut site KE036-059001- and souterrain KE036-059002- lie in the larger S portion.
The inner wall face of the hut site, and a very short stretch of its outer face, survive to a maximum height of .4m, though generally only a single course is visible. The wall was 2.5m thick and the hut is 4.4m in diameter internally. The entrance faces ENE and was at least .8m wide. A line of 3 stones set on edge between the hut and the main entrance to the rath may formerly have defined a pathway.
