What is recorded here

Lying loose against a large rock outcrop directly E of a clochaun (KE034-093004-) is a stone measuring .95m in height x .18m in width. It is inscribed on both faces with a roughly equal-armed cross with expanded terminals. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage (compiler) 'Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey.' Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne (1986), no. 1038. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload: 30 May 2013
