Internal diameter 41m N-S, 44m E-W
This univallate rath is situated on rising land, and a good view is afforded in all directions, especially to the S to E. It consists of an irregularly shaped inner area, which is enclosed by a well-defined bank and exterior fosse. The enclosing earthen bank is on average 5m wide, rising .8m-1.5m externally and .5m-1.2m internally. On the E side it has a steep exterior side which rises to a maximum of 2.2m. The fosse is only visible from the N through E to S where it is 1m wide and .6m below the height of the surrounding land. Two main gaps appear in the bank to the N and S measuring 3m and 6.6m respectively. The interior is at a higher level than the surrounding land.
