Kilfeighny Church (in ruins), graveyard (KE016-066001-). This church is situated E of a small stream. Though now in a much ruined state, this church would appear to have been divided into nave and choir. The W gable is completely gone and no visible trace survives. The E gable is 6.72m long externally and rises to 3.28m high. The wall is c 1.5m thick. Very little of the dividing wall between nave and choir survives, only two portions, attached to each side wall. The wall extends into the interior of the church for c 1m and is 1.4m thick. All doors and windows have been destroyed. The E sector of the church (choir) measures 8.5m long and 4.7m wide. The W sector measures 11.8m long and 6.7m wide. The ivy has recently been cleaned off the walls and the walls carelessly tidied up (1992). The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle.
