Internal diameter 35m N-S, 34m E-W This sub-circular univallate rath is situated in rising pastureland, and the view is excellent in all directions. The enclosing earthen bank is well defined and rises to 1m-1.8m above the interior and 2m-3m above the fosse. The external fosse is U shaped and has been deepened in modern times for drainage purposes. It is .8m-1.2m wide and 1.3m deep. The interior, which is very overgrown, is at a higher level than the surrounding land. A 5.4m wide gap exists to the E. The above description is derived from C.
