Internal diameter 56m
Lismoyle/Lios Maol (flat ringfort). Situated about 150m W of (KE002-035----), this bivallate rath consists of a roughly circular area enclosed by two banks. However, the outer bank can only be traced along the E side where it measures .6m above the fosse, which was 7m wide. The inner bank measures .8m externally and .6m above the interior. Numerous cattle breaks exist in the bank but no entrance can be determined.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 156. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
