What is recorded here

On a low narrow ridge, in tillage. Visible on a 1970 aerial photograph (CUCAP BDO 44) as the cropmark of a circular area (est. diam. c. 45m) defined by two closely spaced fosses, the inner very narrow, with a D-shaped annexe or field (KD035-004002-) attached at NW (est. L c. 30m NE-SW). The enclosure is visible as a very slight rise on level ground while the attached annexe/field lies at the top of a very gentle SW slope.
