What is recorded here

One of seven ogham stones (KD032-044001- to KD032-044007-) recorded by Macalister (1945, 25-6 (21 – No. III)) at 'Killeen Cormac' burial ground (KD032-044----). Described as a pillar stone (5’ 6” x 1’ 3” x 1’ 3” [c. 1.68m x 0.38m x 0.38m]) standing at the SW end of the central mound of the burial ground. When the lichen was cleaned off with hydrochloric acid, the following inscription was recorded: [ ….. ]MAQQI COLLABOTA. Revised by: Gearóid Conroy Date of upload: 15 November 2013
