Two Bann flakes, a thumb scraper and an end scraper were found in the course of the levelling of a small mound, known locally as 'The Rath', near the River Barrow in Castlereban North (Lucas 1958, 124). Its precise location is unknown. Compiled by: Gearóid Conroy Date of upload: 30 September 2013

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
