What is recorded here

Discovered during archaeological excavations at Dún Ailinne (KD028-038001-). A pit contained sherds of a decorated Neolithic pot and a slate disc or pendant. The vessel is similar to pottery from Neolithic Linkardstown type burials, and is possibly associated with a fragment of skull bone. Possible prehistoric settlement evidence (KD028-038003-) was found nearby.
