What is recorded here

A large, flat-topped, roughly circular mound (H. c. 6m; summit diam. 13m), possibly of natural origin. The sides appear to have been scarped, possibly when the mound was first used as a base for a flag staff. (O'Riordáin 1950, 275: Site K) Compiled by: Gearóid Conroy Date of upload: 10 June 2011
