A small, level, circular area (diam. 5.4m) is enclosed by narrow shallow fosse and outer bank. Modern interference has resulted in some ten, small, regular trenches projecting from the inner face of the bank towards the interior. (O Riordáin 1950, 275: Site L; scaled section N-S Plate XXVII)
