On level ground at the N end of a short, low N-S ridge. A second ringbarrow (KD023-091----) lies 46m away, at the S end of the same ridge. Visible on an aerial photograph (DoD, 1999). A sub circular area (diams. 3.1m N-S; 2.2m E-W) is defined by a shallow fosse (Wth 1.3m; D 0.2m), and by a low, outer, earthen bank (Wth 0.9-1.8m; int H 0.2-0.3m; ext H 0.1m) NNW-E-WSW.
