Situated on a slight rise and disturbed by the insertion of two military pill-boxes. A circular area (diam. 28m) is enclosed by a fosse and an external bank (overall diam. 42m), and there is an entrance at the E. (O'Riordáin 1950, 276: Site B1; scaled section NE-SW Plate XXVII)
