A slightly raised (H 1m), circular area (diam. 40m) is enclosed by an earthen bank and a well-defined outer fosse. An entrance was not readily identifiable due to relatively recent ground disturbance on the monument. (O'Riordáin 1950, 276: Site Z; scaled section NW-SE Plate XXVII)
