Located in the W quadrant of Tully graveyard (KD022-034001-) and a few metres W of the W wall of the church ruins belonging to the Preceptory of the Knights Hospitallers (KD022-034----). Slightly concave shaped sandstone with a roll moulding of 12th century appearance on one edge indicating it formed part of an architectural feature such as an archway over a 12th century window or doorway. On one face is the figure of a sheela-na-gig carved in relief.
