Near the centre of a rectangular enclosure (KD017-018002-) located at the S end of a possible medieval field system (KD017-018001-) which is abutted at W by a possible early ecclesiastical enclosure (KD017-018003-). A low, circular, grass-covered cairn (diam. c. 8m; H c. 0.6m) composed of small angular stones and glacial boulders was levelled in a 1957 land reclamation project.
