In a graveyard (KD014-043003-), on the site of a medieval parish church (KD014-043001-). A plain, rectangular baptismal font (dims. L 0.71m; Wth 0.66m; H 0.34m), contains a shallow, rectangular depression (dims. L 0.43m; Wth 0.38m; D 0.2m), and two small mortices which, Sherlock (1899-1902, 298-9) explains, would have contained 'iron rivets leaded into the stone for the cover and lock required by the Constitution of Edward, Archbishop of Canterbury, in 1236' . Sherlock also compares the font to one from Gower in south Wales (op cit). The font may be 13th century in date.
