On a low-lying, wet, pasture 'headland', skirted by the N-flowing Morell River c. 150m to the E, and by a N-flowing tributary of the Morell c. 150m to the W. A second, possible fulacht fia (KD014-053----) lies c. 25m to the E. A low, grass-covered, circular mound (diam. 9m; H 0.5m) is composed of dark earth and burnt stone.
