At the base of a gate pier attached to Turnings House, a heavily rendered, three storied, five-bayed structure, built in the early-18th century, according to the owner. A small rectangular plaque (dims. L 0.33m; H 0.22m) is dated 1711. There is a second 18th century date stone (KD014-023004-) on a pier at a nearby farm road. The house incorporates two fine, late-15th century, decorated windows (KD014-023001- and KD014-023002-).
