In the 15th century tower at Leixlip church (KD011-004003-) where it is reused as a doorway lintel at first-floor level. A rectangular slab (dims. min. L 0.77m; Wth 0.2m; T 0.18m) is decorated in low relief with a cross consisting of two broken circles, an expanded rectangular knop with round terminal and a cross-stem. (Bradley et al. 1986 vol. 3, 316-17)
