Built into the inner face of the W gable wall of a church (KD003-014001-). According to Fitzgerald (1896, 448-51) the rectangular memorial slab (dims. L c. 1.2m; Wth c. 0.65m) was dug up during the erection of the 18thC 'More-O'Ferrall' burial vault and subsequently built into the wall of the church. An incised Latin and English inscription, dated 1684, is dedicated to 'Barnabas O'Kelly' and there is an O'Kelly crest and coat of arms. The inscription is now barely legible.
