What is recorded here

On a slight rise in low-lying grassland. Very poorly preserved subcircular cashel (48m NE-SW; 42m NW-SE) defined by a traces of its foundation line from ESE to S to NNW. It is overlain by a later drystone wall. No trace survives from NNW to E; there is a silage pit in the N sector. The later wall is much-collapsed between NE and E. From W to NNW traces of the original wall (Wth c. 2.2m; ext. H 0.4m) are most clearly visible but it is overgrown with briars. Two sheds have been erected within the interior.
