In the SE corner of a walled area enclosing a holy well (GA125-001002-) and associated penitential stations (GA125-001001-). Two chamfered and pock-dressed arch stones of medieval date have been reused in a culvert on a small stream that has been channeled along the S side of the enclosed area. The stones may have been removed from a window or doorway of the Franciscan friary (GA125-058002-) that lay c. 245m to the SSE. A medieval doorway (GA125-001003-) has been inserted into the W wall. The fragments were brought to our attention by Dr B. O'Reilly.
