On the summit of a ridge in grassland and overlooking Lough Avalla to the E. This subcircular rath (29.4m NE-SW; 24.4m NW-SE), in fair condition, is defined by an earthen bank. The interior is higher than the external ground level. A gap (Wth 2.8m) at NW appears to be modern.
