What is recorded here

On the N face of a low hill. This very poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 29m) is defined by a low grassed-over stony bank, which is obscured by dense overgrowth and is overlain by a modern field wall at NW. Field-clearance operations have resulted in the removal of the cashel wall at E. Compiled by: Galway Archaeological Survey, UCG Date of upload: 12 December 2017
