What is recorded here

Incorporated into the SW section of the enclosing bank of a rath (GA123-037----). Apart from one roof lintel, this drystone-built souterrain (Wth 1m), of indeterminate length, has almost completely collapsed. It runs NE-SW. Immediately inside a breach at its NE end, a small recess extends northwards off the NW side-wall. Compiled by: Galway Archaeological Survey, UCG Date of upload: 29 November 2017
