On the S-facing slope of a gentle rise. This poorly preserved subcircular cashel (26.9m ENE-WSW; 21.6m NW-SE) is defined by a much-collapsed drystone wall that is best preserved at SW (Wth 3.4m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.19m). The monument is overgrown with trees and scrub and from E to WSW field-clearance rubble has been piled against the external-face. It is said to have been used as a children's burial ground (GA122-088001-)(SMR file).
