This monument came to light during the course of fieldwork on the AranLIFE Farming Project (2014-2018) (see www.aranlife.ie). It is located at the S end of the island in area of rough rocky grazing and is bounded on the W side by a NNE-SSW running field wall. It consists of a much-robbed out possible D-shaped cairn (11m N-S; 7m E-W; max. H 0.45m). A number of set stones are visible at E.
