On a gentle SE-facing slope in a roadside field in Ceathrú an Locha. Known locally as Móta (pers. comm. T. Robinson), it consists of a well-preserved pair of grassy mounds forming the terminals of a larger U-shaped mound (NNW-SSE c. 16.6m, ENE-WSW c. 23.3m, H c. 2.3m max.), opening towards ENE. Traces of kerbing are visible along SE side of N mound. The W end of S mound has been partly robbed, revealing a mass of small angular limestones and some limpet and animal bone. (Mason 1938, 197)
