In a flat, marshy field in S half of Inis Meáin. A small stream flows on the bedrock to E of the monument. It consists of a low, well-defined, subcircular, grassed-over mound of stone (D 10m, H 0.8m) with a slight depression in the centre. (Robinson 1980)
