This cross-slab is built into the N end of the front or W face of the modern altar at the E end of Teaghlach Éinne (GA119-020001-). Only the central section of the slab survives and it bears an incised cross. The arms survive intact; the terminal on left arm is triangular while that on the right arm bifurcates and is roughly crescentic in shape. The upper and lower terminals are missing due to the broken nature of the slab (Manning 1985, 117, Fig. 25(a) Slab D).
