On an E-facing slope in grassland. According to the OS Letters (O'Flanagan 1927a, Vol. 2, 493) 'only the ruins' of 'Teampall Beannaithe, which signifies the blessed church' survived in 1839. On the Cassini mapping (1914-48) the NE corner of the building is shown within the NE section of an associated graveyard (GA116-094001-). No visible surface trace survives.
