On a rise in rough pastureland. Subcircular rath (52.5m N-S; 51m E-W), in fair condition, defined by a bank from NNW through E to S and elsewhere by a low scarp. Opposing gaps are evident at N and S: that at N (Wth 4m) is modern but that at S (Wth 1.9m) may be original. A
semicircular platform (diam. 25m) adjoining the monument at SE and SSW may be associated.
