What is recorded here

On a S-facing slope in grassland. Circular rath (diam. 33m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The interior is raised above the level of the surrounding field. The inner bank is visible for most of its circumference and is best preserved from E to S. A road overlies the outer bank from SSW to NNW. Two hollows in the E part of the interior appear to be the result of quarrying. A souterrain (GA114-153001-) is associated.
