In pastureland at the S end of a small esker. This circular ring-barrow (diam. 24.6m), in fair condition, is defined by a flat-topped mound (diam. 9.9m; H 0.6m) encircled by a fosse (Wth 4-5m) and a low external bank (Wth 2.6-3m; int. H 0.1-0.4m; ext. H 0.35m) which is badly eroded at N. The centre of the mound has been disturbed. (McCaffrey 1952, 29, no. 21; 1955, 225; Killanin and Duignan 1967, 68)
