What is recorded here

In gently undulating pastureland. Well-preserved subcircular cashel (27.6m NE-SW) defined by a drystone wall. The monument has been embellished by 19th-C field clearance and 'restoration'. Gaps at NE and W appear to be modern as is an external staircase leading from the gap at NE to the top of the cashel wall. The gap at W is now blocked by a mortared wall, within which there is a blocked-up doorway. Two ruined field walls cut through the interior from NNE to WNW and from SSE to S respectively.
