In rock outcrop. Subcircular cashel (34m E-W; 30.4m N-S), in fair condition, defined by a collapsed drystone wall; evidence of stone-facing survives intermittently. Gaps at NE and SE are modern. An internal dividing wall runs N-S through the interior. The foundations of two house sites are visible to E of it: (a) to N (L 5.3m; Wth 4.8m) is free-standing, (b) to S (L 6m; Wth 4m) partially overlies the cashel wall; both are probably modern (SMR file).
