What is recorded here

In scrubland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 264, no. 12a) as a ‘rectangular Stone fort’ (c. 22m by c. 21m) defined by a drystone wall. There was an entrance gap (Wth c. 1.6m) at E flanked by ‘uprights’ and 'a structure measuring 28' x 19' [8.5m by 5.8m] overall' within the interior.
