Wakeman (1891, 352, Fig. 9, Plate I) recorded a cross ‘on a stone at Mainistir, on Aran Mór’, noting that it was associated with the church (GA111-002001-). The cross was a single-line roughly equal–armed cross with T-shaped terminals. The outline of the stone was not included and the dimensions of the cross are not known. It has not been located. (Higgins 1987, vol. II, 293, no. 24)
